Description

This Sugar Cookie Fudge recipe provides a simple and delightful way to create a sweet treat. It combines the flavors of sugar cookies with the creamy texture of fudge, making it perfect for holidays or any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 package (10 oz) white melting chocolate wafers
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Stir in the granulated sugar and milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  • Boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and almond extract.
  • Add the white melting chocolate wafers and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
  • Sprinkle the powdered sugar evenly over the top.
  • Let the fudge cool completely at room temperature, about 2-3 hours.
  • Once firm, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
