- 1/2 cup rolled oats (old-fashioned oats)
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tablespoon white chocolate shavings or chips
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and sweetener to a jar or container with a lid.
- Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Gently fold in most of the raspberries, pressing a few against the side of the jar for color.
- Sprinkle white chocolate shavings or chips on top without fully mixing.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Stir before eating, adjust sweetness if needed, and enjoy chilled.
