- 1¼ cups powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon dark corn syrup
- ½ tablespoon water
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini donut pan.
- In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, oat flour, pumpkin pie spice, ground cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together egg, light brown sugar, oil, vanilla extract, and canned pumpkin until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed; the batter will be thick.
- Fill each cavity of the donut pan halfway with batter using a piping bag.
- Bake for 6–7 minutes until they bounce back when touched.
- Cool on a wire rack before glazing.
- For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, maple syrup, dark corn syrup, water, and ground cinnamon until smooth. Dip cooled donuts into the glaze.
