  • 1¼ cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon dark corn syrup
  • ½ tablespoon water
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini donut pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, oat flour, pumpkin pie spice, ground cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together egg, light brown sugar, oil, vanilla extract, and canned pumpkin until smooth.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed; the batter will be thick.
  5. Fill each cavity of the donut pan halfway with batter using a piping bag.
  6. Bake for 6–7 minutes until they bounce back when touched.
  7. Cool on a wire rack before glazing.
  8. For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, maple syrup, dark corn syrup, water, and ground cinnamon until smooth. Dip cooled donuts into the glaze.
