Philly Cheesesteak Sliders are a delicious and easy-to-make snack or meal that everyone will love.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound thinly sliced ribeye steak
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper (optional), sliced
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 12 slider buns
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted (for brushing on buns)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper (if using). Sauté until the vegetables are soft and slightly caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the thinly sliced ribeye steak. Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the steak is browned and cooked through.
- Return the sautéed vegetables to the skillet with the cooked steak. Mix until everything is well combined and heated through.
- In a baking dish, place the bottom halves of the slider buns. Top with the steak and vegetable mixture, then layer the provolone cheese slices on top.
- Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese.
- Brush the melted butter over the top of the slider buns for added flavor and a golden finish.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then cut the sliders apart and serve warm.
