Description

Philly Cheesesteak Sliders are a delicious and easy-to-make snack or meal that everyone will love.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper (optional), sliced
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 12 slider buns
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted (for brushing on buns)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper (if using). Sauté until the vegetables are soft and slightly caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the thinly sliced ribeye steak. Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the steak is browned and cooked through.
  4. Return the sautéed vegetables to the skillet with the cooked steak. Mix until everything is well combined and heated through.
  5. In a baking dish, place the bottom halves of the slider buns. Top with the steak and vegetable mixture, then layer the provolone cheese slices on top.
  6. Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese.
  7. Brush the melted butter over the top of the slider buns for added flavor and a golden finish.
  8. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then cut the sliders apart and serve warm.

Notes

  • Feel free to customize with your favorite toppings.
