Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, yogurt, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture and stir until no lumps remain.
- Grease a non-stick pan and heat it over medium heat. Pour spoonfuls of batter into the pan and cover. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form; then flip and cook for an additional minute until golden brown.
- Repeat until all batter is used up.
