Mini Meatball Sliders are a delicious and easy-to-make dish perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef (or turkey)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 10 slider buns
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and browned.
- While the meatballs are baking, warm the marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Once the meatballs are cooked, place them inside the slider buns. Spoon marinara sauce over each meatball.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the meatballs and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
