Description

Mini Meatball Sliders are a delicious and easy-to-make dish perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef (or turkey)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 10 slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and browned.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, warm the marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Once the meatballs are cooked, place them inside the slider buns. Spoon marinara sauce over each meatball.
  7. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the meatballs and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the oven and serve warm, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
