Ingredients

  • ½ medium onion, chopped
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1.5 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 pound potato gnocchi
  • 1 cup shredded jalapeno pepper jack cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large high-sided skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and chopped onion; cook for about 10 minutes until the beef is browned.
  2. Stir in minced garlic and chili powder; season with salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
