- 1 ½ cups chicken broth
- 1 lb cheese tortellini
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)

- 2 cups baby spinach
- ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
Instructions
- Spray the slow cooker with olive oil.
- Place chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom.
- Add marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion granules, Italian seasoning, paprika, red chili flakes, and chicken broth.
- Cook on LOW for 4 hours until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Shred the chicken using forks and return it to the slow cooker.
- Stir in tortellini, mozzarella cheese, and heavy cream; mix well.
- Cover and cook on LOW for an additional 30 minutes until tortellini are tender.
- Stir in baby spinach and cook for another 10 minutes until wilted.
- Mix in grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
