Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top for the wings to rest.
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Add the wings and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Place the seasoned wings on the wire rack in a single layer.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, turning them halfway through.
