Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top for the wings to rest.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, combine the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Add the wings and toss until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned wings on the wire rack in a single layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, turning them halfway through.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat.
