Instructions
- Cut the boneless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
- Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
- In a bowl, mix the paprika, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Toss the chicken pieces in the seasoning mixture until evenly coated.
- Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet with the melted butter. Cook for about 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
- Squeeze the lemon juice over the chicken and stir to combine.
- Sprinkle the chopped parsley and red pepper flakes (if using) over the chicken. Mix well to ensure the chicken is coated in the flavorful butter sauce.
