Ingredients

  • Boneless skinless chicken breast (cut into strips)

  • Fajita seasoning
  • Water
  • Prepared cilantro lime rice
  • Sour cream
  • Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • Large tortillas

Instructions

  1. Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and add chicken strips. Cook until no longer pink.
  2. Add sliced peppers and onion to the skillet, cooking for an additional 3 to 5 minutes while stirring frequently.
  3. Stir in water and fajita seasoning until well combined; cover until ready to assemble wraps.
  4. Prepare rice according to package instructions and mix with sour cream in a bowl.
  5. On a large tortilla, place rice mixture, followed by the chicken mixture and shredded cheese.
  6. Roll the tortilla tightly from the bottom upwards after tucking in the sides.
