- 12 soft slider buns, split horizontally

- 1 small onion, minced (optional)
- 1–2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat beef broth in a saucepan over medium heat with minced garlic and onions if using. Simmer gently for 10-15 minutes to deepen the flavor. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to taste, then keep warm for dipping.
- If not pre-sliced, thinly slice the roast beef. Warm the beef gently in the au jus or in a separate pan, carefully heating to maintain tenderness and juiciness.
- Slice the slider buns horizontally. Lightly brush the tops with melted butter and toast them on a skillet or in the oven until golden brown and fragrant, about 3-5 minutes.
- On the bottom halves of the toasted buns, layer warmed roast beef evenly. Add cheese slices if desired, then place the toasted top buns to complete the sliders.
- Arrange sliders on a platter and serve alongside small bowls of warm au jus for dipping.
