Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchinis thoroughly and slice them into even rounds or sticks about 1/4 inch thick to ensure even cooking.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until each piece is well coated.
  3. Place the seasoned zucchini slices in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving enough space between slices to prevent sogginess.
